Learn the basics of machine sewing in this 4-week class. Students will learn sewing machine safety, how to set up their sewing machine, complete basic stitches and create a variety of crafty sewing projects.

All materials and tools will be provided to students.

This program is funded in part by a grant from the Holyoke Local Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. Additional funds come from Paper City Fabrics customers who participate in the Sponsor a Class initiative. 

About the Instructor 

Audrey Weston is a local educator who has been sewing for more than 50 years. Currently she is honing her dressmaking skills while continuing to crochet, slow stitch, and zentangle her free hours away.
